Eric has been an independent agent in the real estate business since 2004. As the industry has changed over time he recognized the opportunities a team could provide for his clients and himself and joined The Miale Team in 2018 (read his Press Release here). As a Manchester native, Eric is very familiar with the Greater Hartford real estate market especially with the market trends and listing availability "East of the River". This helps significantly in the team's efforts to serve our clients throughout Connecticut. He also has experience and interest with multi-family homes. Eric resides in Manchester with his wife and 3 children and his spare time, he enjoys skiing.
Joyce brings a bounty of experience to the Team and twenty-three years later when asked about how she feels about her successful career in real estate, Joyce shares, “I love it! I’ve met people I wouldn’t have met otherwise, helping them get from one place to the other of where they want to be. Not just geographically, but also emotionally.” Joyce has lived “up and down the East Coast”, as she says, and has a great deal of empathy for clients going through transfers and relocations. “I can appreciate the difficulty and understand all sides of the battle, especially when kids don’t want to go.” Joyce and her husband of nearly fifty years, Don, now reside in Plainville, CT and enjoy spending their free time reading personal growth books and traveling. Cynthia Burke has been very successful in her Real Estate career. Since her start in 2005, she has had the pleasure of has relocating hundreds of families. Nick is one of The Miale Team’s Buyers’ Specialists. As a native of Central Connecticut he is very familiar with the towns and cities in the Greater Hartford area. He chose his career in real estate based on his interest in the housing market, his ability to listen to and find what his client is looking for, and the excitement that is generated from the whole process. In regards to joining The Miale Team at Keller Williams, Nick made his choice based on the years of experience that The Miale Team has to offer, the “team concept” working environment, the training and unlimited resources available, and the growth potential that is available. Nick lives in Glastonbury with his daughter. He enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, snowboarding and going to the beach.
Based in West Hartford, Bennett serves all of Central Connecticut with over 5 years of experience in the real estate industry. Bennett specializes in working with buyers as the Lead Buyer’s Agent on the Miale Team. He has developed a program with a proven track record for leading buyers through all phases of the home-buying process. He has an expertise in contract negotiation and market analysis. Whether it’s a first time, move-up, or multi-family buyer, he is committed to giving top-notch customer service and exceeding expectations. After growing up in suburban Atlanta, he earned a BA in Telecommunications from Penn State University in 1999. He moved to CT to work in television production for ESPN for several years before branching out into real estate investing and sales. He lives in West Hartford with his wife Debra and his two wonderful children Evan and Jillian. Rebecca has a background in business from the University of Connecticut (Finance). After graduation, she pursued a career in Real Estate. Later, a corporate opportunity in finance opened up, and Rebecca moved on to explore and grow in that for many years. However, as the years went by, she realized her true passion was in real estate. She loves working with people and helping them buy or sell homes. She finds this success very fulfilling. In addition to her responsibilities as a REALTOR®, she and her husband also began investing in homes and "flipping" them. Since 2010, Rebecca has been helping her clients buy and sell their homes throughout Connecticut. Her years of experience and attention to her clients needs will provide anyone with the real estate investment experience they deserve. Danielle started her career in Real Estate with Berkshire Hathaway in 2010 , joining Keller Williams in 2016. Throughout her career, she has earned top levels of distinction including: Top 1% Nationally, The Chairman's Circle/Diamond Level, and has been a contributing member to the #1 CT Team in Sales Volume and Units. Her specific background is in Advertising and Media Marketing. Prior to Real Estate, Danielle worked at several Fortune 500 agencies. From her experience she knows exactly what it takes to create the perfect, high-end appearance for your property and ensures that it is featured competitively on the most effective media channels. Danielle grew up in East Hartford and now resides in Wethersfield so she knows the areas very well. You'll have to ask Danielle about her dogs!
Sara Ritchie is a licensed REALTOR® in Connecticut and Massachusetts and a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and National Association of Professional Woman. Sara has been working in real estate since 2008 and has done numerous residential and commercial transactions throughout her career. She worked in leasing and property management for 5 years at First General Realty Corp leasing and managing over One Million square feet of commercial and residential space in Boston and the Greater Boston area. She also has experience with overseeing projects and budgets for new and existing tenants and overall building improvements. Prior to her real estate career, Sara worked as a paralegal and has a vast administrative background. Sara specialize working with buyers, sellers and investors and is happy to help you with all your real estate needs. Sara also works in property management and is able to help out with your large or small property management needs. Sara grew up here in Connecticut and currently resides in Manchester with her 2 children.
Ed Sutton brings passion, integrity, creativity and energy into every detail of your real estate transaction. A Glastonbury resident for 20 years, Ed started his real estate career in 2000 quickly becoming one of the top producing agents in the area.
